We bottle milk, produce ice cream, and make cheese and cheese curds. Visitors to our retail store can purchase and enjoy our milk, chocolate milk, ice cream, and cheese. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) Our dairy cows are fed an all-natural diet free from hormones and antibiotics. The cow's milk that we use to make our dairy products comes from a single-source herd located on the premises. Our cheeses do not contain anything other than milk, rennet, cultures, and salt. |

Roulette is a hard cheese with a natural rind that grates and melts beautifully. It is aged at least 3 months. Though it is a cheese new to the market it has been receiving rave reviews!
The sheep's milk for making Roulette comes from a family-owned dairy in Nebraska and is processed at Cozy Cow Dairy by our sister company, Coturnix Creamery.

A delicious experiment! Beer and cheddar are a natural pairing, so we marinated the curds in beer and pressed it into our traditional, milled curd cheddar. This cheese uses Fat Tire from New Belgium.

Juustoleipa (HOO-stah-lee-pah)is a mild, uncultured cheese that is baked the day it is made. It is also known as “bread cheese.” Excellent warmed with honey or jam. Does not melt like most cheeses so it can be used as a tofu substitute or like Indian paneer, cubed in curries or chili.

What's a cheese curd? When making cheddar cheese, the curds are pressed together to make a wheel of cheese. Cheese curds are unpressed, fresh bits of cheddar that provide a pleasant squeak between your teeth.
If you do not specify a flavor in your order, we will send Plain cheese curds. Our flavors are: Rosemary Garlic, Garlic & Dill, Pepper, Jalapeno, Cajun, and Chipotle.

We believe that we are the only source for bottled, pasteurized sheep's milk in the United States. Sheep's milk is higher in fat and protein than cow's milk. Folks sensitive to cow's milk may find that they can tolerate sheep's milk. It is mild in flavor and sweeter than cow's milk. Home cheese makers and yogurt makers enjoy high yields and delicious results. It is, for the record, exceptional on cereal. (Sheep's milk can be frozen up to one year without a loss of quality.)
