About Us
Hello, my name is Karin Gaffney and I am the owner and chef of KoDo Foods. I am a trained pastry chef and nutritional therapist. After discovering my own food sensitivities, I began experimenting with my favorite traditional recipes to remove the allergy causing ingredients. I have come up with a line of gluten and dairy free that can be prepared for vegans or those with nut and soy sensitivities. I still enjoy traditional catering and occasion cakes, but love the challenge of creating limited ingredient meals that are as delicious and beautiful as their traditional counterparts.

All items are gluten and dairy free. I only use organic (unrefined) sugar. Whenever possible I use organic local ingredients.

Additional Information
Though my focus is gluten and dairy free baking. Everything I make can be converted for diabetics, vegans, or those with soy or nut allergies.
