I am a trained pastry chef and nutritional therapist. After discovering my own food sensitivities, I began experimenting with my favorite traditional recipes to remove the allergy causing ingredients. I have come up with a line of gluten and dairy free that can be prepared for vegans or those with nut and soy sensitivities. I still enjoy traditional catering and occasion cakes, but love the challenge of creating limited ingredient meals that are as delicious and beautiful as their traditional counterparts.
