After spending several years in Colorado, we made the move East (home for my husband)so we could grow and expand our farm. Our motto at this farm is "You get back what you put in". As an athlete, I know the importance of healthy, natural foods. The human body simply works better when it gets quality fuel. That is what we produce here, QUALITY. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) Natural, free range and HUMANE farming only at this farm. And we keep our practices small. We do not use steroids or antibiotics, and we pride ourselves on the health of our animals. NEVER do we feed any soy. Keeping smaller quantities keep our animals healthier. We also are working hard to pass our farming ethics down to our two boys, who love to help us out.
