Product Types:
Certified organic grass-fed beef, pasture eggs, many types of certified organic produce. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We grow certified organic produce. This means our fields are never treated with any chemical herbicides, fertilizers or pesticides. Nutrients are provided by the use of manure and compost. Bees are used to aid in the pollination of our produce. Our cattle are also organic and fed a strictly forage diet. The cattle have plenty of room to roam on the eastern plains of Colorado. Additional Information We are currently taking orders for fall delivery of our halves and quarters of beef (halves average between 160-220 pounds). Beef is processed at a custom cutter that we have been working with for over 30 years. You talk directly to the custom cutter to get it cut exactly how you want. The meat is grown organically, however the custom cutter is not organic. Our cattle are raised on certified organic pasture's on the beautiful eastern plains of Colorado. Organic grass-fed beef provides a good source of protein, vitamin B-12 and a number of health promoting fats including Omega-3 fatty acids and CLA's. We require a nonrefundable deposit at time of order ($200.00 for halves and $100.00 for quarters). The balance due at delivery.
