We raise 1/2 blood Piedmontese cattle. This beef is lower in calories and cholesterol than regular beef. It also is usually 85 to 90 lean. We have a small herd and use no hormones or meat byproducts in the feed. When you care correctly for your cattle it is rare that they need antibiotics. We seldom need to doctor our cattle. If we do, these will be sold at the local salebarn, not as natural beef. Our cows are the Happy Cows from Colorado!
