The High Plains Food Coop begins their order cycle on the first day of every month. Ordering continues until the 2nd Thursday of every month. Delivery day is the third Thursday of every month.

Producers may list their products after the order cycle has closed and products from the previous cycle have been delivered, and prior to the next order cycle beginning. Product listings may be added after the third Thursday of every month and prior to the 1st of every month.
